"Even though I’m blind Im still within his borders"
"I will lead the blind by a way they do not know, In paths they do not know I will guide them. I will make darkness into light before them And rugged places into plains. These are the things I will do, And I will not leave them undone." Isaiah 42:16

There are times in our lives when we don't know whats next, we cant see where we are going, and often times we cant see where we are.
Its in those times in our lives when we must rely on the power of God’s Guidance and trust that as he promised, he will still provide, still protect, and still pave the lighted path to our destiniation.
As King David so boldly proclaimed in psalms 119, THY WORD IS A LAMP UNTO MY FEET AND A LIGHT UNTO MY PATH, God reassures us that if we could meditate on his word, study his word, and hear his word, then when our path becomes dark, when it does not yet appear what we shall become, when we are blindfolded by the busyness of life or, rendered sightless by satans suggestions, when we are vulnerable and left visionless by the verocity of our adversarys attacks.
He is forever faithful, leading us ever so lovingly like a blind man being lead by the hand to safety, being lead by the hand to the substance of the things we hope for, allowing our hands to touch the evidence of things not seen.
God is our eyes , our guide, and our heavenly walking stick, alerting us to the dangers and pitfalls, awaiting us as we move to and fro searching, and seeking what God would have us to do.
Being Secure in his soverienty is understanding that God is ultimately in control, and despite our blindness or inability to see whats next we still bump into Gods borders, Gods padded barriers, that protect us from injury, protect us from harm, they protect us from the enemy getting in, and they protect us from getting out.
God is Soveriegn and because of that sovereignty Paul could boldly state THAT ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR THE GOOD OF THOSE WHO LOVE THE LORD.
So as I close I want to remind us to bless the LORD, who has given us counsel, whose reins also instruct us in the night seasons. To bless the lord who has formed the heavens and the earth, who separated the light from the dark, and made every creeping thing that moves on the earth.
I want to remind us that our security rest solely in his sovereignty and that even when we are blind we are still within his borders!
